Chuck was genuine, honest, friendly, and kind. He was just an awesome person and would do anything to help others. He welcomed Bill and I to the neighborhood and became our friend.
Our old golden retriever, Kodak, loved Chuck and Chuck loved him. He loved all animals. He will be missed.

Chuck made sure he greeted every new resident. He gave us a house-warming gift of 3 large boulders, which we still have in our front yard. His golf cart was loaded down from the weight. He always had a smile. We will miss him dearly.

Chuck was one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. He always had a friendly smile and word as I passed by walking my dogs.I know he's working the welcome wagon in heaven and hope to meet him again up there.
