Our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother Angela Escareno Ochoa (Nana) 90, of El Mirage, Arizona passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. Angela was born in Fresnillo, Zacatecas Mexico on August 7, 1930 to Anacleto and Maria Escareno. She met her husband Jose Torres Ochoa and got married on April 21st 1958 and started a family afterwards.

They moved from Mexico to Arizona to start a new life. She was a homemaker. She loved to cook, sew and loved to plant flowers in her yard. She was very religious and collected many rosaries. She was very protecting of her children and grandchildren. Her achievements were her family. She was always there to provide love, care, advice and support. She loved the simple things in life. She loved to cook delicious foods such as menudo, tamales and nopalitos. One of her favorite dishes was cole slaw. She also loved to read and listen to prayers. Our Mother lived a long wonderful happy life! I am sure she is happy with all the memories she had with us all.

Angela is survived by brother Gonzalo Escareno; Three daughters; Elvira (Roberto), Ernestina (Javier), Elisa (Humberto); Grandchildren; Erika (Jesus), Jose, Roberto, Humberto, Javier Jr., Faith Therese; Great Grandchildren; Miareli, Elianna, and Anamaria.

Nana ¡Te voy a extrañar mucho!
