Shirley Yvonne Harper passed away on August 1, 2018. She was born in California on July 6, 1935 to the late Joseph and Vera Wirth.

Shirley was a homemaker and managed bookkeeping for the family business for years. She had a quick wit, bringing laughter everywhere she went. Shirley also loved and enjoyed all things “family.”

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Emery Harper, two sons Randy (Terri) & Ron (Cindy), eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, a great great grandson and nieces & nephews.

In addition to her parents Shirley was preceded in death by a son Larry and sister Juanita Hand.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 10, 2018 at 1pm at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. Burial will follow in Resthaven Park Cemetery.
