Elba Vargas, of Ridgewood; passed away on July 28th 2015 at 74 years of age. Born in Puerto Rico, Elba was pre-deceased by her beloved husband, the late Freddy M. Vargas. Mrs. Vargas was the loving mother of Lenette & Madelyn and dearest grandmother of Mellisa. She is also survived by her brother, Geraldo and sisters Elba & Mirta. A Mass of Christian burial will take place Thursday (July 30th) 10:15am at Saint Matthias R.C. Church. Interment to follow at Linden Hill Methodist Cemetery, Ridgewood, NY.
