John Valcour Haydel Jr.

John Valcour Haydel, Jr., passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at the age of 80. He is a native and resident of Gonzales, LA. John retired from Texaco Refinery after dedicating 30 years. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Joyce Granier Haydel; sons, Derrell (Wanda) Haydel, John A. (Melanie) Haydel, Kevin (Tam Ngo); sister, Nora (Jerry) Durbin; brother, Clarence “Nick” (Tony) Haydel; grandchildren, Jessica, Trevor, Brittani, Virginia Anna, Ashley; 5 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Anna Gautreau and John Haydel, Sr. Family and friends of John are invited to attend the Funeral Services on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Ourso Funeral Home-Gonzales at 11am. Visitation will begin at 9am until the time of services.
