A Construction Project Manager, he is survived by his wife, Brenda Lanier; mother, Goldie Lanier; daughters, Shelley Lanier, Jennifer Herlein and husband Ian; grandchildren, Bret Lanier and wife, Melanie, Alyssa Herlein, Damian Herlein; great-grandchildren, Ashton Albert Lanier, Kayden and Ava; sister, Monica Dillard and husband, Jerry.
A celebration of life will be conducted 2:00 Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Graveside in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardnes with Bro. David Woodard officiating.
Pallbearers will be, Wayne Trapp, Jerry Dillard, Ian Herlein, Jimmy Hicks, Gary Andrews, Boyd Trapp, Wayne Scott; Bret Lanier as Honorary Pallbearer.
Family and friends will gather to remember Mr. Lanier at a visitation Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 12:00 until the service at 2:00 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 South Dickerson Pike, Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mount Juliet Missionary Baptist Church 1426 S. Mount Juliet Road, Mount Juliet, TN 37122 or a charity of choice.
