Joyce G. Sorn, age 87 peacefully went to be with the Lord on Sunday July 8, 2018. Born in Orlando on December 29, 1930 at Orlando General Hospital, graduated Orlando High School in 1948. Joyce was passionate about life and volunteering at ORMC, which she did for the past 60 years. Joyce and George lived life to the fullest, raising their beautiful daughter Valerie, traveling, volunteering and together created unique and beautiful miniature doll houses. Vibrant and outgoing, she will be missed by family and her never-ending list of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband George of 59 years of marriage. Joyce is survived by her daughter Valerie, Orlando, and her brother Jerry Griggs, New York. Memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church on Saturday July 14, 2018 at 11:00am in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, Joyce has requested donations be made to:
