Philip Alan Beals

Dr. Philip A. Beals of Winter Garden, Fl., formerly of Townville, SC. and Pittstown, NJ. passed away peacefully on Monday, July 25, 2022. He was born March 14, 1940, in Lexington, KY., and was the son of the late Wendell and Gratia (Burns) Beals. He was the loving husband of Dr. Barbara Beals who preceded him in death in 2020. Philip received his Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA., in Statistics and would later use this as management for Ethicon in Raritan, NJ. He had a love of motorcycles, raising cattle on his small farm in NJ., boating on Lake Hartwell SC, and traveling Europe with his late wife. Philip is survived by his son Zachary and his wife Kristi (Schreffler); two grandchildren, Taylor and her wife Lorey Spade, Tyler and his fiancé Ethan Olivas.
