My name is Lori Wentz. My maiden name was La Rue. I knew you Heidi when we both went to South Grand Prairie High School. I sure hope you remember me. I have never forgotten you. I want to express my sincere condolences to you about the passing of your mother. I had talked to your mom back when we were teenagers, and she was always so very nice to me. I've thought of you a lot over the years, and how you were doing. I have been living in Marysville California now since 1987. Please contact me if you read this, I sure would love to hear from you. I wish you and your family all the best. Sincerely, A Friend Of Your Past, Lori

As I said I was the lucky one because I had mom for a few years before leslie and Sandy came along. I am now wondering who will I go to garage sales with. She would plan our route. Sometimes hitting a few and sometimes all day. I just wish I could hear her voice one more time. Will it ever not hurt? I miss you so much.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Sorry for your loss. I liked your mom, she always had me laughing. I would like to share a few of my memories it was around elementary days. Well as I rememeber your mom always had her done, up do. She would ask me "Gina do you like my hair" Then tell one day I went to your house she was in the hallway bathroom with her hair down. She looked up and said "What's wrong Gina,do you not like my hair? " I guess she read my face expression. Because I never knew that her was so long... Another, she was teaching you and I how to count in German 1- 10. and we both got a kick that the number 6 was sex. I'm glad to have meet you and your mother I believe I was 5yrs old which both of you will always be part of my childhood life.

When nights are cold
and stars are few
I close my eyes
and think of you
A silent hope,
a silent tear,
A silent wish that
you were here.
Such a sweet soul is now with our loving lord. You will be greatly missed Grandma!
