Dorothy Dykstra

DYKSTRA MALONE - Dorothy Ellen Dykstra age 91, formerly of Grandville, passed away on Thursday afternoon April 17, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick John Dykstra; and 3 brothers and 3 sisters.

Dorothy was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.

She is survived by her children Barb Ellen Noe, Donald Fredrick Kathie Dykstra, and Ruth Carol Henry Verstrate; her 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

Dorothy loved her savior Jesus Christ and spent much of her life sharing the word.

Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Monday at Grandville Baptist Church, with Pastor Terry Burlingame officiating. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Garden.

The family will receive relatives and friends Sunday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral, Grandville, 4235 Prairie St. SW west building. The family welcomes memories and messages in their guest book online at www.cookfuneralservices.com.
