Ralph Lee Kelb, 95, of Greeley, Colorado passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018. Ralph was born on December 9, 1922 in Lincoln, Missouri to Fred and Ula Kelb.
On September 4, 1943 Ralph married the love of his life, Opal Botvidson in Fort Worth, Texas. He would tell Opal every day that he loved her and would often sing the song “Let me call you Sweetheart” to her.
Ralph served in the Army Air Corp as a Navigator and Radio Operator on a B-24. He worked for AT&T for 43 years and retired in 1984 and was also on the Parks and Recreation Board in Haltom City, Texas. Ralph loved to garden and was also a member of a garden club for 25 years.
Ralph is survived by his wife, his daughter Laura (Robert) Randall, three Grandchildren, Melissa Randall, Robert Randall, and Sharon (Bubba) McCullars, and one Sister Wilma Alexander, of Norborne, Missouri.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 13, 2018 at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 3400 W. 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado.

All of us at Village Inn will miss Ralph, always giving everyone hugs and handshakes. He was the kindest and most caring man I have ever known. He loved everyone. He made many friends at Village Inn. Ralph was always taking great care of Opal. He loved her so dearly.
