Dakota was a student of mine in the 6th Grade. She was quiet and kind. She worked well with all of the students in class. I could trust her to work in any group. She was the girl I could send to the office for an errand, and she was also the one that would stand up for a friend that was being mistreated.

I knew that she would grow up to be a good person. It makes my heart ache that she left her two children behind, but it is also comforting to know hat she was able to experience motherhood, unconditional love.

Thank you for being a part of my life for that year Dakota. Love and hugs to your family and friends.

Godspeed,
Ms. South

My favorite memory was all the fun we had during our super mileage competition and building the car. You were always a great friend and I’m glad I’ve had the pleasure to know you.
