She was a member of Victory Church of God.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Steve Fann and Janice Hensley of Greeneville; granddaughters: Stephanie Fann Shelton and Bridget Cutshall of Greeneville; sister: Polly McAfee of Greeneville; brother-in-law: Lee Fann of Greeneville; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Bill and Georgie Hale; brother: Donnie Hale; sister: Bertha Mae Effler; son-in-law: Steve Shelton; husband: Willard Sylvester Fann; and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jim Fillers officiating.

Interment will follow in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.

Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Andy Roberts and staff, the staff of Avalon Hospice, and the staff and members of Laughlin Health Care.
