So many wonderful memories of Mary. So thankful she was in my life. She loved me in spite of difficult circumstances. She helped take care of my kids. She loved my mom. She set a good example. I never heard her say negative word about anybody. She loved her family deeply and was so proud of them, Jack and his singing, Jeremiah and his violin talent, Rachael and her children, Jacob and his good job, and more that I don't even know. She was always content with what the good Lord gave her and she didn't complain. She loved people and good gospel singing. I will miss you, Mary, but know without a doubt that you are with Jesus and waiting for us to join you. Thank you for the love, support, and joy that you gave me.

My sweet Mamaw was the very best woman in the whole wide world. She loved without holding back. There's not a place in the world I felt more loved than next to her, holding her hands. My happiest memories are spending the night with Mamaw and waking up to her whistling sweet hymns to Jesus. She made us the best oatmeal I have ever had, still to this day. I will miss her chocolate cream pies that she made especially for me everytime I went to visit. I remember her being so excited to see me she would put me on her lap and smack my legs so hard I would wince underneath the pain of it. I will miss everything about her; her smell, her voice, her smile but most of all her love. I can't wait to see her again in heaven. I know without a doubt she will be there waiting for me.
