Lillian Bovee Waters

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 22, 2016 at Reedy Fork Baptist Church. The family will receive friends following the committal service.

Lillian was born in Denver, Colorado on December 7, 1924, to the late James and Ethel Bovee. She was a member of Reedy Fork Baptist Church and was a retired Bookkeeper. Lillian enjoyed volunteering at Moses Cone Hospital, was a large supporter of the Guilford County Humane Society, and had the pleasure of adopting several dogs. She loved to dance and was a dancer as a child. As an adult, she taught dance. Lillian was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Herman Glen Waters.

Lillian is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
