Maryon W. Lawrence

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday October 8, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Auman Funeral Home in Reading, PA with Rev. Randy Wolfgang officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 -10:00 am. There will be a private family interment.

Mrs. Lawrence was born in Reading, PA to the late William Henry Wagner and Estella Knauer Wagner. She lived in Lynchburg, VA for many years. After returning to Pennsylvania, she worked for AT&T now Lucent Technology as an assembler. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers. She was a member of Seyfert Wesleyan Church for many years where she served with the Women’s Missionary Society.

Mrs. Lawrence was predeceased by her parents; brother, William Russell Wagner and wife Louise; sisters, Lois Sanderson and husband Lester and Nancy Schell and husband Paul. She is survived by daughter Diane Lynham and husband John of Greensboro, NC; son, Richard L. Lawrence and wife Alice of Salem, VA; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Seyfert Wesleyan Church, 2 Maple Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 in her memory.
