Don was a great cousin and friend. He was our best man in our wedding on June 19, 1966. Back in the late 1940s through the mid 1960s, we played and farmed together. We had a lot of good times driving International/ Farmall tractors doing all kinds of farm work. We played baseball and softball in the orchard/yard just north of the house and in Greenville. In our teen & high school years we played Sunday afternoon basketball in barns all around Darke County. We also spent many hours driving our cars on Broadway in Greenville and other cities. Don will be missed by all of us but not forgotten. Bill and Virginia Rank

To all the family, We are so sad to hear of Don's passing. Don was one of the nicest guys I knew. He was never to busy during farming season to stop and talk to catch up. He always let Spencer ride in the combine or tractor and let him ask all the questions he wanted. Spencer truly loved those time, he never called him by name it was always our farmer. All of you are in our thoughts and prayers at this sad time.
