Virginia Mae Weyrick, age 88 of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 11:30 AM at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. Born in Greenville on October 18, 1933 she was a daughter to the late Ira & Laura (Royer) Fourman. Virginia was a graduate of Greenville High School, class of 1951. A year after graduation, she married the love of her life, Floyd, on March 1, 1952. She loved to travel, and go on vacations; she was able to visit 49 out of 50 states. She liked going to car shows, and going on car rides, especially in their classic Lincoln. More than anything she loved her family; whether it be cooking for them, getting together for holidays and birthdays; her family meant the world to her. She will be truly missed. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son Randall J. Weyrick: siblings Margaret (Frank) Delaplane; Helen (Otho) Bruner; Bill Foureman: brother-in-laws Jay Jobes; Eugene Weyrick; Jim Hill: mother and father in-laws Zelmer (Wanda) Weyrick.
Virginia is survived by her husband of 70 years, Floyd Weyrick: children Deb (Mark) Kaufman; Rex Weyrick: daughter-in-law Debbie Weyrick: grandchildren Nick (Molly) Williams; Matt (Ashley) Williams; Megan Williams; Jessica (Mike) James; Jennifer (Ryan) Thomson; Nicki (Spencer) Monnin; Brittany (Isaiah) Smith: 12 great-grandchildren (Tucker and Cooper Williams, Cole, Damon, Emmett and Tessa Williams, Alex, Alivia and Andrew James, Christopher and Elliana Thomson and Jackson Monnin); sister Jane Jobes: sister-in-laws Esther Mae (Willard) Karns; Betty Hill: as well as many extended family members.
Friends may call on the family from 5:00-6:30 PM on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Funeral service to be held on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Mark Kaufman presiding. Burial to follow at Greenville Cemetery.
