Carlos Michael Lindsey

Michael attended Wofford College and graduated from the College of Charleston. He owned and operated Greenville Industrial Supply. An avid sportsman, Michael loved to hunt, fish and camp.

Surviving are his son, Andrew Knox Lindsey, of Columbia; his daughter, Caroline Anne Lindsey, of Greenville; and his sister, Mary Jane Lindsey Freeman, of Greenville. In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his son, Carlos Michael Lindsey, Jr.

The family wishes to express a special thank you to Angela Hedgepath for the loving care she provided to Michael over the last several years; and to her husband Charles Hedgepath, who lovingly supported Angela, and who became a friend to Michael.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 2, 2017 at 11:00am at The Mackey Mortuary. Private burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday morning one hour prior to the service at the mortuary.
