Billie Clopton

Billie Clopton, 91, of Huntington, Arkansas passed away Saturday, February 16, 2019 in a Fort Smith hospital. She was retired from Arkansas Best Corporation, member of the Sebastian County Historical Society and Fellowship Baptist Church.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, February 20 at Fellowship Baptist Church in Witcherville with burial at Lovelace Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood. Viewing will be Tuesday from 2 – 8 p.m. at the church, where the family will visit with friends from 5 – 7 p.m.

She is survived by her husband, Sonny Clopton; two sons, Grady Clopton and wife, Cathy of Huntington and David Clopton and wife, Tanoka of Texarkana, AR; one daughter, Elaine Rogers and husband, Bill of Fordyce; one brother, Ray Kesner of Kansas City, MO; two sisters, Lucille Sandifer of Arkadelphia, AR and Janie Young of Van Buren; five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Moore, Shaddon Moore, Dustin Clopton, Bryan Williamson, Dennis Baker and Richard Hogge.

Memorial contributions may be made to Fellowship Baptist Church or Gideons International.
