It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marjorie (Harrington) O'Krafka on Thursday, August 31st, 2023, at age 87 years.
She was the beloved wife of 64 years to the late Robert William O’Krafka (2022). Loving mother of Marilyn (Andrew), Susan (Ed) Vermeulen, Karen O'Krafka (Bob), James (Christine) O'Krafka, David (Erika) O'Krafka. Cherished grandmother to: Jeremy, Adrianna, Chrystal, Ryan, Nathan, Sabrina, Megan and Jillian. Dear sister predeceased by Leo, Margaret, Edward, Mildred and Jack. Predeceased by her parents Leo Gregory and Winnifred (Roden) Harrington. Will be missed by all friends and extended family.
Marjorie was an incredibly generous and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She avidly pursued lifelong interest in education, athletics and gardening.
Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St N, Guelph where the family will be receiving guests on Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 11:00-1:00 pm, with a service to follow at 1:00pm. Interment in Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
