Cynthia Lou Hasting

Cynthia Lou Hasting, age 63, of Fairfield Township, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 7, 1960, to the union of Leonard Eugene Hasting and Geraldine May Wixson. Cynthia was a kind hearted individual who displayed genuine concern for everyone. She enjoyed vacationing in the mountains and spending time with her siblings during family gatherings. She was a survivor, conquering many of life’s trials, tribulations and struggles.

She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Hasting; step-father, Carl Knueppel; brothers, Gary and Gregory Hasting.

Cynthia is survived by her mother, Geraldine; daughter, Christl Stanwood (Reeves); brother, Leonard Hasting Jr. (Karen); sisters, Laurie Hasting, Annette Heimer, and Carla Smith (Dave); grandchildren Riley and Madison Stanwood; many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

Visitation will be held at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 on Friday, September 8, 2023 from 10:00am until time of services beginning at 11:00am. Chaplain Tracy Paul Downs, officiating.
