Alfred was a kind soul. He would always call down to the kitchen where I worked to see what staff member was in at night and I would awnser and he would be so happy. I enjoyed our talks together and our discussions. He was and still is a great man. May his soul rest in peace in heaven. You will be missed Alfred.

I had the pleasure of working with Alfred. He would always speak his mind even if you didn't like it. Alfred was always there to give advice. Alfred would always talk and be friendly. Alfred loved his cat(princess) very much. Just to end I was also honoured to get to know Alfred. Rest In Peace Alfred. You are now flying high with the Angel's.

Alfred was a grumpy old man, but the nicest grumpy old man that I have ever had the privilege of knowing. He was never backwards about being forwards lol. He would tell you how it was and didn't care if you didn't like it. And oh so stubborn....but would never intentionally hurt someone or something. He loved baseball and the ticats and his cat, princess. He was always there when you needed advice, even of you didn't want it. He was an awesome man and will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him. Rest in paradise, my friend. XO
