ADD A MEMORY
Kim Anderson

Uncle Frankie was a keen observer of life and not afraid to share his wisdom! Of the many, many pieces of advice he shared with me, these three memories stand out. Upon the news of my upcoming wedding he said, "Kimmie, you gotta take a two to tango!" He was absolutely right, marriage is hard and both people have to work at it in order for it to be successful. After visiting our Westcoast home built on a slope he said, "Kimmie, how's your house, still standing?!" While at the time I thought he was being overly cautious, he was right again and our home several months later required extensive repairs to the retaining wall, after which we quickly moved! And finally while driving him and Teta Aldona to a cruise ship terminal in Vancouver he observed with surprise, "Kimmie, you'e a good driver." And of course he was right again! Uncle Frankie was a man of few words but when he chose to share his pearls of wisdom with me, I listened. He will be terribly missed by my parents, Doug and Helen Anderson, myself and my husband John and son Nicko. May he rest in peace.
