One of my best memories is sitting on a blanket with Granny in her backyard on a spring day reading books, working crossword puzzles and enjoying one another's company. I have always cherished every moment spent with her, and I will continue to do so every day as the beautiful memories of these moments forever remain in my heart.

It was such a blessing to have Elna in our lives. She had a sense of humor and zest for life. I will always remember her shopping online and from the television. She never turned down a Starbucks Frappuccino! Elna added so much joy to my family. She taught me how to properly make a bed and not to lean on the counter when doing the dishes!! Lol My son Caleb enjoyed her peanut butter cookies and cheese puffs every time he visited. Even when Elna could no longer walk around she was still sharp and full of love! We will miss seeing her smiling face.

Granny. The pains and trials of this life are over for you. I have enjoyed and will treasure in my heart times spent with you.

She was a dear sweet mother in law. I will always remember her with a special place in my heart.
