Timmy lived in a Care Facility for most of his life, and his home for the past 14 years was at the Gaither Family Home in Tulare, CA. He was preceded in death by his father Frank H. Couto, his brother Alan David Couto, his Grandparents and numerous Aunts and Uncles.
Timmy is survived by his brother Larry (Janice) Couto, sister Karen (Nolan) Small, brother's Lonnie Couto, Alan Couto, a sister Lori Couto and brother Randy Couto and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
My favorite quote from one of his caregivers at Gaither Family Homes, "I will be forever grateful for having the opportunity to care for and love him. He has taught me so much about myself (He addressed almost every weakness I didn't realize I had)...I will truly miss him!"
