Born October 13, 1927, in Locust Run, she was a daughter of the late Harry B. and Bertha E. (Pry) Dreese.
Surviving are a son, Dallas R. Dressler and wife, Brenda; a daughter, Darlene J. McCurdy and husband, Tom; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and her parents, Betty was predeceased by a son, Larry C. Dressler; a brother, Harry Dreese; and 3 sisters, Helen Wilson, Annamary Graybill, and Madeline Gable.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, August 13, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at Zimmerman-Auer Funeral Home, Inc., 4100 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109 with Rev. Ronald Dressler officiating. Viewing will be from 10-11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment at St. John’s Cemetery, Shiremanstown, will follow the service.
