He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Keys; 1 sister, Lillian Swartz; 2 brothers, Raymond Stouffer, and Wilbur Stouffer.
He is survived by 1 daughter, Barbara Stouffer of Bastrop, Texas; 3 sisters, Winifred Legay, Charlotte Dagen and Sandra Risser; 1 brother, Joseph Keys and many nieces and nephews.
Charles was a retired master Sgt. In the US Army. He was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. and AMVETS. He was also a member of the Verhovay Club where he spent lots of time with friends.
He received full military honors at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on Tuesday November 9th at 1:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Disabled American Veterans, a non-profit org.
