Dale E. Hanmer

Dale was born on June 8, 1955 in Chicopee, MA. He was the son of Jeanne (Brenize) Hanmer and the late Glace E. Hanmer.

He retired from Spirit Trust and previously had a successful Thomas English Muffin route sales business.

Dale loved his family and the many family get togethers he shared in. He loved hockey and hunting with his sons. Dale was a member of Living Water Community Church. He drove one of the church vans to provide an opportunity for those without transportation, to hear the word of God.

Surviving are his wife, Ange (Mayberry) Hanmer; two sons, Luke E. Hanmer and his wife Ashley of Harrisburg and Samuel W. Hanmer and his fiancé Carley Rambler of Mount Joy; his mother, Jeanne Bowman and her husband Jim of Harrisburg; a brother, Darrel and his wife Gina of York Springs and two beloved granddaughters.

Dale will be missed greatly by his family and friends, but they can be comforted that he is in Heaven in the arms of Jesus.

Services will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at Living Water Community Church, 206 Oakleigh Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17111. Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. with the service at Noon. Burial will follow in Rolling Green Cemetery.
