Donald Jay Moyer

He was born November 7, 1955, son of Donald J. Sr., and Ardith (Gilbert) Moyer.

Donald was a member of the Progress American Legion and CueMakers Association of America. His grandsons were very important to him in his life. He enjoyed riding Harleys with his good friend Phil Bollinger. Donald loved to camp, the Miami Dolphins, truck driving, and watching NASCAR.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Vicki Moyer; son, Donald Moyer III and wife Shannon; daughter Amanda Moyer; brothers, Robert and Timothy Moyer; brother-in-law, Thomas Forney and wife Linda; 2 grandsons, Peyton and Evan Moyer; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, 11:00 a.m. at Swatara Church of God, 4860 Lindle Road, Harrisburg. Immediately following the service, there will be a luncheon and social time with the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Capital Area Unit, 2 Lemoyne Dr., Ste 101, Lemoyne, PA 17043.
