

On 3/14/25, Donna Marie (Dibble) Harvey went home to be with The Lord. Donna was born in Wellsboro, PA in 1940 and graduated from St. Mary on the Mount Catholic High School in 1958. She worked at GC Murphy where she met the love of her life, Bill Harvey. They married in 1960 (64 years) and moved to Washington, DC where she worked for the telephone company and the public school system as they raised their family. The family moved to Spring Hill, FL where Donna enjoyed square dancing and learned to play golf and Mahjong. In her 50’s, to satisfy her longing to be a nurse, went to school and became a Certified Nursing Assistant and Phlebotomist. She then worked in the school system in Pasco County, FL and retired at the age of 65. Donna and Bill re-settled in York, PA. in 2018. Donna learned to crochet and set a goal to make a hat a week to donate 52 hats to the homeless and met her goal! Donna was strong in her faith and loved the Lord. “It is well with my soul” Psalm 46:1-3 was her favorite scripture and she listened to this song and other hymns to comfort her as she was passing. Her husband, dog Annie and her family were her whole world. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother (Gram) and a caring friend. She loved her Grandchildren and being a part of their lives. Donna is survived by her husband, Bill Harvey, her daughters, MaryAnn (Rob) Bertucio of York, PA and Tisa (Mike) Lach of Pulaski, NY, and her son, David (Cyndi) Harvey of Bryson City, NC. Also surviving Donna are her grandchildren, Michelle Lach, Cody Lach, Nathan Harvey, Rebecca Harvey and Robbie Bertucio.
