Elaine M. Davis

Elaine Davis, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, born on January 23, 1962 in Harrisburg, PA, passed away at the age of 63 on August 17, 2025. A native of Palmyra, PA. Elaine graduated from Central Dolphin High School in 1979 and later earned her bachelor’s degree in human resources and business from Pennsylvania State University. After college, she founded E.Davis Consulting, specializing in unemployment compensation, and became a trusted advisor to many.

Elaine’s greatest joy was her family. She was married to the love of her life, David D. Davis of Palmyra, PA, for 22 years. She is survived by her beloved sister, Carrie J. Singer of Palmyra, PA, her mother-in-law, Ethel Davis of Lima, OH, and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews who will deeply miss her. Elaine also leaves behind her daughter Jullie Stolc of New Braunfels, TX, and her husband Richard Stolc, along with their children: Jessica Cheatham, Colton Stolc, Jonathan Cheatham, and Caylee Stolc. Elaine’s other daughter, Sommer Pierce, and her husband Mike Pierce of Middletown, PA.

Elaine was preceded in death by her mother, Judith A. (Grant) Singer, and her father, Calvin F. Singer, both of whom she held close to her heart and whom she greatly missed.

Elaine was known for her inquisitive and outgoing nature, her love for reading, and her deep commitment to justice. She had a heart for helping others, and her legacy of compassion and warmth will continue to inspire all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, intellectual curiosity, and unwavering support for those in need.

Elaine’s passing leaves a void in the hearts of her family and friends, but her memory will live on in the lives she touched.
