Eric Douglass Sullivan

He was born on March 31, 1939 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Robert T. and Dorothy Dietrich Sullivan. He graduated from Adrian College where he received is Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Education. He spent his career as an Elementary Principal at Sand Creek Elementary. He was the mayor of Adrian, MI and held several positions in City Council. He served on numerous charity boards and was the Housefather for the Adrian Theta Chi fraternity for many years. He will be missed by many. He attended the Emanuel Baptist Church and Christ Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are his two brothers, Robert ( wife Geraldine) and Frederick, sister-in-law Patricia and 8 loving and devoted nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death was his brother, William, sister-in-law Carol, and niece, Susan Conboy.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Wallace Memorial Presbyterian Church, 1146 Greentree Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15220.
