He was born in Pittsburgh, son of the late Frank J. Werner, Sr. and Leah (Schell) Werner.
He was a retired electrician, having worked for H.J. Heinz Company for 42 years. Frank loved to camp, travel, and visit National Parks.
He was loving father of Vicki Werner Marbut and Richard J. Werner; grandfather of Elizabeth, Alexandra, Parker and Brodie; brother of Ronald (Bonnie) Werner; and uncle to Lorre Brooks, Tanya Philips and Sherry Conley.
Services will be private.
