Gloria O. Beers

Gloria was retired from the State Police Academy. She graduated from Millersburg High School, class of 1941. Gloria had a passion for dogs; border collies were her favorite. She also enjoyed crocheting.

Along with her parents, Gloria is preceded in death by husband, Charles O. Beers; brothers, Russell, Robert and Marlin Travitz; and sisters, Mary Amig, Kathleen Zerbe and Pauline Warfel.

Surviving are her caregiver and niece, Carol Fulkroad of Millersburg; nieces, Sandra Bonawitz of Millersburg, Melissa Zerbe of Richmond, VA, and Brenda Travitz of Millersburg; nephews, Larry Zerbe of Richmond, VA, Ronald Travitz and Robert Travits, Jr. both of Millersburg; special friends, Holly Bressler and Katie Appel; and stepson, Herman Beers.

Graveside services will be in Oak Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
