Jackie Elizabeth Busey, 63, of Harrisburg, passed away on August 9, 2024 as the result of lung disease at Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center. She was born April 24, 1961 in Chambersburg to the late Jack Shoap of Chambersburg and the late Margaret Busey of York. Jackie is survived by her spouse Kathleen (Kathy) Erney of Harrisburg and her stepmother Patricia Baer Shoap of Chambersburg.
Jackie was previously employed by the Harrisburg YWCA as a receptionist. As an animal lover she helped rescue feral cats for the Spay/Neuter and Release Program.
In accordance with Jackie’s wishes there be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
