She was born on January 7, 1936, in Elizabeth, PA.
Jean was a long-time volunteer of the Castle Shannon Meals-on-Wheels Program. She was a book enthusiast and a voracious reader.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Michael Russell Devine (Kelly), stepson, William Devine (Carmella), and stepdaughters, Jill Devine and Patty Johns (Ken).
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 7, 2014, 10:00 AM, at St. Anne's RCC, 400 Hoodridge Drive. Castle Shannon, Pennsylvania 15234.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Castle Shannon Meals-on-Wheels, 935 Pine Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15234.
