
Born August 24, 1928 in Brooklyn, NY, he was a son of Philip and Anna (Corsentino) Lanzarone.
Mr. Lanzarone retired in October 1987 after 30 years service as a supervisor with the U.S. Post Office.
He was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Church, Harrisburg. He was an avid reader and enjoyed crossword puzzles and playing cards.
He was a Korean War veteran.
Surviving is a brother, Charles W. Lanzarone of West Islip, NY; a nephew, Philip J. Lanzarone of West Islip, NY; two nieces, Laura Cascarella of Long Island, NY and sweet adorable Godchild, Jeanne Marie Lanzarone of Staton Island, NY; two great nieces and four great nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a twin brother, Michael W. Lanzarone, and a sister-in-law, Mary Lanzerone.
A Blessing Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Zimmerman-Auer Funeral Home, Inc., 4100 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
