He was preceded in death by his wife Gladys Venzlowsky in 2023, as well as his parents, brother and sister and his step grandson, Christopher Courtney.
He is survived by his daughter Susan Tatge, his son Joe Venzlowsky, his grandchildren, Megan Noel and Kelsey Tatge, his step granddaughter Tammie Smith as well as his only great granddaughter, Brynlee Noel and his step great grandsons, Dylan and Bryson Noel.
He was a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary for many years and always enjoyed being on the water. He spent lots of time with his grandchildren camping and boating. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
The family will be celebrating his life intimately and there will not be a public funeral service.
