Robert was born August 4, 1932 in York to the late Kane and Helen (Hamberger) Bayman. He was the oldest of two children.
Mr. Bayman served in the U.S. Army.
He was a member of the East Prospect Playground Association for over 50 years, played and managed baseball in East Prospect, enjoyed hunting, and was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce; son, Michael and wife Lorry; 2 daughters, Kathy Reisinger and husband Roy “Junie”, and Kelly Peters and husband Carl; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
A service of remembrance will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the SPCA in York.
