Katherine T. Krempasky Pilc

Katherine was born January 12, 1930 in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of the late Tessie and Peter Krempasky. She attended Girl High School in New York City and spent the majority of her adult life as a homemaker raising 5 children.

She was married for 54 years to the "love of her life", the late Joseph F. Pilc. She was also predeceased by her daughter, Nancy Pilc. Katherine was a kind and loving wife, mother and friend. She loved cooking delicious meals for her family and cherished the time she spent fishing with her husband Joe. Katherine was a member of Christ the Saviour Orthodox Church.

Katherine is survived by four children; Joseph married to Ann, Mary White married to Gerald, William married to Danielle and Christine Sorensen married to Gary. Additionally she is survived by her brother, George Krempasky, 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held at Christ the Saviour Orthodox Church, 5501 Old Locust Lane, Harrisburg, PA 17109 on Monday, October 20th from 5-7:00 p.m. with a Panahida to follow. A second viewing will be held on October 21st from 10-11:00 a.m. followed by the funeral service. Burial will be held at Calverton National Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Zimmerman-Auer Funeral Home, Inc., Harrisburg.
