Born August 24, 1950, in Carlisle, she was a daughter of the late Mary Mentzer.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Christina Johnson; granddaughter, Sierra Haubert; and grandson, Craig Haubert.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her uncle, George Mentzer; and brothers, Leroy Sheaffer and Lloyd Shaeffer.
Services are at the convenience of the family.
