MaryAnne LaGaz Beaver

MaryAnne Beaver, 81, of Dauphin, PA, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at Hershey Medical Center, Hershey. She was the loving wife of the late Claude LaRay Beaver with whom she shared a blessed union of 39 years.

Born Sept. 24, 1937, in Ashland, PA, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Shearn) LaGaz.

MaryAnne worked as a nurse at the Bloomsburg Hospital and at Holy Spirit Hospital before her retirement. She was a member of Clarks Valley Zion Church in Dauphin and focused much of her life on caring for her family.

Surviving are her children, Vincent Beaver and significant other, Debra Colello, David Beaver and wife Sharon, Tammy Beaver, and husband William, and Stacy Olvera, and husband Ronald; 10 grandchildren, Bobby, Paddy, Peter, Eric, Shannon, Jamie, Brandon and wife Dawn, Ashley and husband Ryan, Eric and Ryan; 14 great-grandchildren, Madison, Adrianna, Julianna, Milianna, Ava, Isla, Hailey, Kylie, Payton, Jaycob, Isabella, Maison, and twins, Harper and Hayden; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John LaGaz; and a sister, Elizabeth Frye.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 1, 2019, 5PM, at Clarks Valley Zion Church, 210 McKelvey Rd, Dauphin, PA 17018. Visitation will be from 4PM-5PM.
