Moa Doan Liang

She was born January 1, 1917 (Lunar birthdate, August 13, 1917) in Canton, China to Doan Quan and Li Zhong.

Mrs. Liang was a homemaker and a member of Harrisburg Chinese Alliance Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hoan Luong in 1974.

Surviving are two sons and seven daughters, Xum-Mai Luong and wife, Dee-Khoan Luong, and Kirk Liang and wife, Ann Nguyen; Chen-Mei Liang, My-Lan Dang and husband, Cam Dang, Muoi Gian and husband, Vinh-Chi Gian, May-Lynn Yeh and husband, Shuchun Yeh, Esther Liang, Phun-Mei Liang, and Ling-Mei Dang and husband, Hoa Tu Dang; fifteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Zimmerman-Auer Funeral Home, Inc., 4100 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg, with Rev. William Cheng officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Gardners, Adams County.

Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until the hour of services.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her memorial fund for missionaries, in care of Chen-Mei Liang.
