Patricia Ann Fleck

Patricia (Pat) Fleck, age 81, of Harrisburg, PA passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at home.

Born November 4, 1942 in Hazelton, PA the daughter of the late August Klesh and Lyle (Robinson) Klesh.

Pat was a 1960 graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School and a lifelong follower of their football and basketball teams. Pat loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was always organizing family dinners and events with the family. She also loved to attend yard sales whenever she could. Pat was a licensed beautician and always looked good even when she did not feel that great. She had a strong faith and was the “glue” to the family. She will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren and friends.

Pat worked at the Promenade restaurant as the hostess for many years. She was an extraordinary minister at her Church, Saint Catherine Laboure, for many years and a long-time adorer of the Saint Margaret Mary Chapel.

Along with her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Samuel W. Fleck and her brothers August (Gussie) Klesh of Rushville, NE and Joseph (Joe) Klesh of Harrisburg, PA.

Surviving are her daughter, Lisa Smarsh, husband Joe. Two sons, Sam Fleck and wife Tracey, and Dan Fleck and wife Tina. Grandchildren, Ethan Fleck, Nathan Smarsh, Nicole Smarsh, Morgan Fleck, Gabrielle Fleck, and Elle Fleck.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on August 22nd at Saint Catherine Laboure, 4000 Derry St., Harrisburg PA 17111. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
