Peggy L Harder

Peggy L. Harder, 95, of Lancaster, formerly of West Chester, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2026, at The Glen at Willow Valley.

Born August 30, 1930, in Palmerton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Violet (Kirschner) Lienhard.

Peggy was raised in the Masonic homes, and her only desire was to have a family and love them well. Peggy focused on the good, happy times, especially her children and grandchildren who kept her grounded and happy. Peggy enjoyed golfing, fishing, the beach, painting, flower arranging, puzzling, and playing Rummikub with her friends. Peggy will be greatly missed by her many friends and family.

Surviving are her children, Michael (Sherri), Matthew, Mark (Connie), Thomas Harder (Cindy), and Lynda Sawyer (Rick); and her 18 grandchildren, and 28 great grand-children.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents and her husband R. Raymond Harder, Jr.

Services will be private.
