Raymond (Pee Wee) Phillips, 76, of Tobyhanna, passed way on Tuesday July 5, 2011 in Mercy Hospital, Scranton. He was the husband of Mary (Sakulich) Phillips with whom he had shared 52 years of marriage. Born April 22, 1935 in Greentown. He was the son of the late John and Myrtle (Gilpin) Phillips, and was a graduate of Green Dreher Sterling High School, and lived in the area all of his life.

He was a 50 year member of the Salim Masonic Lodge in Hamlin, and a member of Region 9 U.A.W. He was employed at Weiler Brush Company and General Dynamics as a tool and dye maker.

PeeWee is survived by his, wife Mary; a son, John and wife, Leah of Henryville; and daughter. Sheryl Priebe; son, Wayne and wife, Janice of Seaford Delaware and their sons Jake, Hank, and Colton; daughter, Tara and husband, Jamie Doughty of Wake Forest, North Carolina and their children, Ryan and Megan. He was a sweet and beloved man who will be dearly missed.
