Born October 14, 1933, in Altoona, he was son of the late Clarence and Lillian (Reigh) DeBolt.
Mr. DeBolt served in the US Air Force during the Korean War.
Richard is survived by his wife, Donna (Smith) DeBolt; children, Bruce and Bryan DeBolt, Patty Garcia and Paula Corrigan; step-children, Amanda Groff, Brenda Little, John Halton, Jr. and Thomas Halton; and brothers, Donald and Robert DeBolt.
Per the family's request, services will be private.
