Ruth Mary Ralston

Ruth Mary Ralston, age 89, of Quincy Village Waynesboro, PA, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2025. She was born September 22, 1935, in Washington, PA, a daughter of the late Cameron and Elsie Vaughn Ralston. She grew up in Dillsburg, PA.

Ruth is survived by her daughters: Kathryn Cleary and Lynda Castela; one granddaughter, Katie Holden; two great-grandchildren, Sarah and Benjamin Holden; and one sister, Marguerite Slagle. Ruth was always outgoing and very popular in Dillsburg High School. She was involved in everything from sports to drama clubs. After graduating high school and getting married, she went on to become part of the West Shore Players Club and Harrisburg Community Theater. She was also a homemaker and worked full time positions for both Blue Cross Blue Shield and Electronic Data Systems. In her retirement years, she enjoyed arts and crafts and spending time with her family.
