Born August 29, 1989 in Africa, he was a son of Michael J. and Henriette (Mondonga) Allen.
He was a member of Shared Ministry, Harrisburg.
Surviving are his father and stepmother, Michael and Patricia Allen; a brother, Brian Allen; a stepbrother, Greg Maldonado; his sweetheart, Mateesha Givens; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother in 1996.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Shared Ministry, 1508 Market St., Harrisburg.
